Planning to jet off somewhere exotic and need travel vaccinations?

Please make an appointment with the practice nurse at least six weeks ahead of your travel date. To help us offer the right advice and vaccinations, please fill out the online form before coming to see the nurse.

The 6-week checks are currently being combined with the first immunisation clinic at 8 weeks, these are taking place on a Tuesday.

These clinics are for patients who may have asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hypertension, coronary artery disease or any other chronic condition.

All registered children receive an automatic invitation to attend one of our clinics.

These are by appointment only and take place every Tuesday.
